CMAS Schedule - Labor Categories: EXHIBIT "A"
The Engagement Manager is responsible for directing on-site implementations of
complex systems and projects. This includes direction of the assessment necessary
to plan and design a solution to meet the client's requirements. The Engagement
Manager is knowledgeable in all aspects of the project, and provides group facilitation,
training and other forms of knowledge transfer. The Engagement Manager estimates,
plans and oversees resource management and technical aspects of assigned projects.
The Engagement Manager has excellent oral and written presentation communication
skills, along with project and contract management experience to communicate project
status to various project stakeholders.
The Principal Consultant applies process improvement and
re-engineering methodologies/ principles to conduct process modernization
projects. This includes the assessment necessary to plan and design
a solution to meet the client's requirements. The Principal Consultant
is knowledgeable at the expert level of all aspects of the assigned
project, including work flow, group facilitation, on-site interviewing,
training, and others forms of knowledge transfer. The Principal
Consultant's designs often involve multiple products to be interfaced
into a unified system. The Principal Consultant estimates, plans,
designs and oversees technical aspects of assigned projects. The
Principal Consultant has excellent oral and written presentation
communication skills, in order to provide technical support and
direction to lower level consultants on projects.
The Senior Consultant is responsible at a senior level for analyzing
and developing systems including the on-site implementation of computerized
maintenance management systems and related user training. Duties include
the assessment necessary to plan and design a solution to meet the
client's requirements. The Senior Consultant directs and performs
extensive customization and applications interfaces on required hardware
and software platforms as needed to provide integrated applications
modules for best practices business solutions.
The CMMS Consultant is responsible for the on-site implementation
of computerized maintenance management systems and related user training.
This includes the assessment, planning, and project control necessary
to meet the client's requirements. The CMMS Consultant is knowledgeable
in all aspects of the assigned projects. The CMMS Consultant estimates,
plans, designs and oversees technical aspects of assigned projects,
and provides technical support and direction to lower level consultants.
The Project Manager manages large projects, including the implementation
of facilities and geographic information systems. The Project Manager
manages complex schedules, cost and technical planning and reporting
for satisfactory project execution and maximization of the project
human and material resources.
The Senior CADD/GIS/FM Analyst/Developer performs analysis and development
of CADD/GIS/FM systems. Specific responsibilities include: Analysis
and design of integrated facilities and related databases; Customization
as needed to link applications in the specific project environment;
Analysis of existing facilities and geographical data for reduction
of redundancy and formulation of integrated models; Design, performance
analysis and development of alternative strategies using more automated
systems; Design and implementation of systems using computerized maintenance
management and related technology and deployment of CADD/GIS/FM systems.
The CMMS Technician is responsible for specific tasks associated with
the on-site implementation of a computerized maintenance system. This
includes equipment identification, field verification of assets, database
building, user procedure development and documentation, barcode subsystem
integration, and assistance in performing maintenance related cost
analysis and task feasibility studies. The BPR/CMMS Technician must
be knowledgeable in most aspects of maintenance operations including
material management, purchasing, inventory and warehouse workflows.
The CADD/GIS/FM Technician performs specialized functions for analyzing,
developing, and deploying CADD/GIS/FM systems. Specific responsibilities
include: Surveying and field verification of map production; Scanning,
digitizing, scrubbing and other specialized data conversion for CADD/GIS/FM
applications; Integration of systems using computerized maintenance
management and related technology. The Technician typically works
under the supervision of a Senior CADD/GIS/FM Analyst/Developer.
The CMMS Technician is responsible for specific tasks associated with
the on-site implementation of a computerized maintenance system. This
includes equipment identification, field verification of assets, database
building, user procedure development and documentation, barcode subsystem
integration, and assistance in performing maintenance related cost
analysis and task feasibility studies. The BPR/CMMS Technician is
knowledgeable in most aspects of maintenance operations.
Each Engineering Technician has experience in application software
use commensurate with the respective application discipline.
Each Senior Clerical Assistant has experience in typing, word processing,
data entry, filing, and library maintenance.
Each Clerical Assistant has experience in typing, word processing,
data entry, filing, and library maintenance.
