Management Team
Tina started API in 1995 with her husband and co-founder, Randy Stiles. Before starting API, Tina held various executive level positions within Finance and Mortgage firms in Northern California for over fifteen years. Tina’s background includes consulting and training for IT projects, as well as managing entire departments as Vice President of VA/FHA Financing for various banking institutions. Tina attended American River College in Sacramento.
Randy comes from a diverse consulting background specializing in project management consulting, facilities information systems and IT project implementation and integration. For over 18 years, Randy has traveled throughout the USA, Europe, and the Pacific Rim teaching and developing project methodologies for Fortune 1000 firms and foreign companies. Mr. Stiles attended California State University, Sacramento where he received his B.S. in Finance and Management Information Systems.
