Management Team
Tina started API in 1995 with her husband and co-founder, Randy Stiles. Before starting API, Tina held various executive level positions within Finance and Mortgage firms in Northern California for over fifteen years. Tina’s background includes consulting and training for IT projects, as well as executive management. Tina served as Vice President at banking and finance firms in the Sacramento area before starting API. Tina attended American River College in Sacramento.
Randy comes from a diverse consulting background specializing in project management consulting, facilities information systems and IT project implementation and integration. For over 25 years, Randy has traveled throughout the USA, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East Rim teaching and developing project management methodologies for Fortune 1000 firms and foreign companies. Mr. Stiles attended California State University, Sacramento where he received his B.S. in Finance and Management Information Systems.
