- 10 to 15+ years of experience in maintenance, project and program

- Experience in Engineering and Integration of large to medium
size systems.
- Prior CMMS field consulting experience with large scale systems
implementations.
- Must have excellent communications skills to include oral, written
and presentation.
- Experience with personal computer productivity products.
- Contract Management experience desirable.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

assessment necessary to plan and design a system to meet the clients'
requirements. Knowledge of all aspects of a maintenance operation
including material management and work flow are essential. Estimates,
plans, designs, and oversees all aspects of assigned project. Provides
technical support to lower level consultants on projects.
- 10+ years of experience in asset maintenance, project and program
management.
- Prior field consulting experience with Computerized Maintenance
Systems.
- Must have both excellent oral, written and presentation communication
skills.
- Maximo, SQL products (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Products), Report
Writers skills are desirable.
- Experience with project management and other personal computer
productivity products.
- Contract Management experience desirable.
- College degree or equivalent experience.

- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Junior level position requiring up to 2 years of practical maintenance
management experience. Responsible for the on-site implementation
of a computerized maintenance management system and related user training.
Assessment necessary to plan and design a system to meet the clients'
requirements. Knowledge in all aspects of a maintenance operations
is desired. The individual must be capable of working with minimal
supervision.
- Up to 2 years of Maintenance Management experience.
- Prior experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
- Good client, oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Maximo, Oracle/SQL, and Report Writers are desirable.
- BS degree or equivalent experience.
